This is a costume that I made to enter in the Minneapolis Minn. Costume Convention 1997. There were 3564 people at this convention. I won "Best Novice", and "Best Craftsmanship". The Emperor of Evil, or as I like to call it "ELVIS" has; 213 LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) that are run by 5 computer generated oscillators. This let's the LED'S on the right and left sides operate at the same time, from head to toe. There is about 600 feet of micro wire connecting all the lights. It also has flames that shoot about three feet from the left arm.
