This is a 1960 McDonough Buckboard Go kart My Dad
gave me when I was about 12 years old.
I started taking it apart
about 1 year later to use the parts on other mini bikes and go karts I had. Dad took it from me, and put it in the rafters
of the garage. He told me not to even think about touching it!
It sat in the rafters of his garage for 40 years. I got
it down 2 months ago and started restoring it.
This is how it turned out after 8 hours or more a day for 2 months. A LOT of hard work later, here
it is.
